Educational Qualification

उम्मीदवार के पास concerned, relevant या allied subject में किसी recognized Indian University से Master’s degree होनी चाहिए। Foreign University से प्राप्त equivalent degree भी मान्य हो सकती है, बशर्ते वह accredited हो।

  • Master’s degree में कम से कम 55% marks या equivalent grade होना चाहिए।

  • UGC या CSIR द्वारा आयोजित National Eligibility Test (NET) या UGC से accredited समान test, जैसे SLET/SET, qualify होना चाहिए।

Minimum educational qualification UGC Regulations, 2018, BCI Legal Education Rules, 2008 और Gujarat Public Universities Act, 2023 के अनुसार governed होगी।

NET/SLET/SET से Exemption

ऐसे candidates को NET/SLET/SET से exemption मिल सकती है जिन्होंने UGC Regulations 2009 या 2016 और उनके amendments के अनुसार Ph.D. degree प्राप्त की हो। 11 जुलाई 2009 से पहले Ph.D. के लिए registered candidates भी निर्धारित conditions पूरी करने पर exemption के लिए eligible हो सकते हैं।

Exemption के लिए source में बताई गई मुख्य conditions इस प्रकार हैं:

  • Ph.D. degree regular mode में प्राप्त की गई हो।
  • Ph.D. thesis का evaluation कम से कम दो external examiners ने किया हो।
  • Open Ph.D. viva voce आयोजित हुआ हो।
  • Ph.D. work से दो research papers प्रकाशित हुए हों, जिनमें कम से कम एक refereed journal में हो।
  • Ph.D. work पर आधारित कम से कम दो papers sponsored या funded conferences/seminars में प्रस्तुत किए गए हों।

Marks में Relaxation

  • 19 September 1991 से पहले Ph.D. degree प्राप्त करने वाले candidates के लिए 55% marks की शर्त में 5% relaxation, यानी 50% marks तक, लागू है।
  • Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Socially and Economically Backward Classes (Non-creamy Layer) और Differently Abled categories के candidates को Bachelor’s और Master’s level पर 5% relaxation दिया गया है।

Age Limit

Selection Process

इस recruitment में selection Walk-in Interview के आधार पर किया जाएगा। Candidates के application forms की scrutiny 3 अक्टूबर 2026 को interview से पहले की जाएगी। इसलिए उम्मीदवारों को पूरा भरा हुआ form और सभी supporting documents साथ लेकर पहुंचना होगा।
